Introductions

I will go first with the introductions...I am 46 years old and would like to put my health near the top of my list. I really want to make regular exercise a habit, and healthy eating second nature. I would love to be able to not obsess over food and my weight all the time. I really want to feel good physically and when I look in the mirror.  I hope this blog will help.

    I got my official weigh in today!
    ...and I too want to stop the food obsessions, and have my food intake be enjoyable, but not a huge deal in my life. I want to enjoy and have energy and life for other things! With a smaller more efficiently running body!
